Using the Trueline Door System your door is measured, manufactured and installed in a unique simple fast and no fuss 3 step process.
High Precision Computerised Measurement
As an agent of Trueline Technology we visit your site at an agreed scheduled time and measure your frames and lock and hinge locations with an electronic device with unsurpassed accuracy. Taking only 2 minutes, we capture a precise computerised model of your frame. At the same time we make note of any hardware on the door, finishes etc. that are required for your new door. The information is then sent directly from site straight to our factory speeding up the process of manufacturing your door.
Exact Fitting Manufacturing
The electronic door measurement information received from site is sent to our computerised manufacturing facility, where it is processed through Trueline Technology's Manufacturer software before being sent to CNC machines for an exact reproduction of the measured door. No matter what imperfections the frame may have the doors are cut to a profile that will fit perectly.
Installation
A member of our highly expert team of installers will visit your site to an agreed schedule and fit your doors into your frames. This is done without the need for traditional carpentry adjustments and any associated dust, noise or fumes. What is more your doors will be installed in a fraction of the time of traditional installations simply screwed in and the door is ready for service.
